Our Journey to Liam: Quick Day in Uralsk

Today went really quick. I'm not sure why, but all of a sudden it was 2:oo. We did not go to the "indoor" amusement park because it was outdoors. They suggested we bundle the babies up and walk around. NOT. Instead, everyone, except Liam and myself, went food shopping. It was Liam's nap time, so we had to miss the fun.

We think Liam's top teeth must be close to coming in. He has been drooling like crazy and really cranky in the afternoon. He is biting on anything he can get his mouth on, including us. His new favorite thing to do is feel the different textures in things around the apartment. He likes to feel the couch. He leans against it and rubs his head against it. He really is a character. He also likes to go over to the molding and scratch it. He sits there for a few minutes just scratching away. Not sure why he does it, but it really is funny to watch.

We had a delicious dinner, chicken parm, Keith's specialty and then went across the hall to the Forkashes. We hung out for a while, the kids "played" and then we had a little dessert. It was pretty good; vanilla ice cream with strawberry swirl. We still have not finished the movie we started a couple nights ago. Maybe before we leave.
