Our Journey to Liam: Happy Valentine's Day

Today the boys, Keith, Dave & Ian, went out at lunch and brought flowers for all of us including Olga. It was so nice and quite a surprise. They were supposed to be food shopping. Pretty slick. We really did need to go food shopping as we were planning a big dinner tonight for all of us. Olga gave us all Valentines day cards. They were in Russian. A nice keepsake and really thoughtful.

We went to see Liam for our 2 hour visit. He was really mellow today. I don't know if he is really comfortable with us now or he is just loving his binky. He was moving alot on his stomach today. He moves from side to side to get things and he was going for things out of his reach, which he was not doing last week. Big accomplishment. Olga and Misha stayed with us during our visit. Misha played with Liam for a bit. It was cute to watch. We did forget today to bring our diapers and outfits, so Liam is in the same outfit as yesterday. Since the babyhouse had no more diapers, we received him in what they usually put on the children. Olga & Misha ran out and bought us some diapers. When they came back, I changed Liam and could not believe what I saw. This was not your normal cloth diaper. This was your Grandmother's table cloth folded over several times and wrapped around him up to his neck on his back. Believe me, we will never forget our diapers again. Poor Liam. Believe it or not, the two hours went fast and we are looking forward to tomorrows visit.

After our visit, we went food shopping to get everything for tonight's dinner. The food store is on the third floor, so they have a flat escalator to ride up and down on. The food carts fit into the grooves of the escalator so you don't have to hold on to them at all. Pretty cool. We prepared some things for dinner in our apartment and some things were prepared across the hall in the Fergusons. We had a delicious dinner and watched the Bucket list. Another good movie. We had a fun night. We are so glad we are here with Dave & Rachel and Ian & Tracy.

I just noticed that the date on some of the pictures is wrong. The pictures are all from today but some have yesterday's date and some todays. I will have to check my camera.
